The hotel is offering a group room rate of $254 inclusive of $45 resort fee, plus government taxes and fees (currently 16.4%) for single/double occupancy. Participants are responsible for reserving their own hotel accommodation; the online reservations link and room rate information will be provided in your registration confirmation email.

The resort fee includes:

        • Resort Wide Internet Access includes Enhanced in-room wireless Internet Access for up to 6 devices
        • Basic Wireless Internet Access in Public Areas and Convention Center on a Shared Network.
        • Two bottled waters replenished daily in your guest room
        • 24-hour access to Relâche Fitness Center
        • Scheduled shuttle service to Walt Disney World® Theme Parks & Disney Springs®
        • Local, toll-free and domestic long-distance telephone calls
        • $10 credit for dry cleaning services
        • Access to the pool and water park
        • Private training session (15 min.) at Relâche Fitness Center (Limited sessions available Appointments required, please visit the fitness center to sign up)
        • One bucket of range balls at nearby Celebration Golf Club.

Please note the parking fee is currently $40.00 for self-parking and $52.00 for valet

Electric Car Charging Station Available

In years past, AOPO has received reports from participants who have been contacted by unauthorized third-party housing agencies which are not affiliated with AOPO, offering to assist them in making hotel reservations. Unfortunately, there have been instances when these unauthorized companies provide false hotel confirmation numbers to unsuspecting guests who are later turned away from the hotel because they do not have legitimate reservations. AOPO strongly recommends that participants only reserve housing through Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center directly. Please contact meetings@aopo.org if you receive a solicitation from an unaffiliated third party or have any questions about housing procedures. Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center will not contact you by phone to market the room block.
