The hotel is offering a group room rate of $287 (resort fee included) plus tax (currently 12.75%) for single/double occupancy. Participants are responsible for reserving their own hotel accommodations; the online reservations link and room rate information will be provided in your registration confirmation email.

      • Complimentary high-speed internet access in all guest rooms

In years past, AOPO has received reports from participants who have been contacted by unauthorized third-party housing agencies which are not affiliated with AOPO, offering to assist them in making hotel reservations. Unfortunately, there have been instances when these unauthorized companies provide false hotel confirmation numbers to unsuspecting guests who are later turned away from the hotel because they do not have legitimate reservations. AOPO strongly recommends that participants only reserve housing through Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center directly. Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center will not contact you by phone to market the room block.
