Participants are responsible for reserving their own hotel accommodations; the online reservations link and room rate information will be provided in your registration confirmation email. The hotel is offering a room rate of $219, plus tax for single/double occupancy,

An additional $22 daily resort fee will be charged. The fee covers the following amenities: WiFi, daily bike rental, transportation to SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Disney theme parks, driving range privileges and daily recreational activities. 

The group rate will be available until May 17, 2023, or until the block is sold out.

Onsite parking is $32/day.

In years past, AOPO has received reports from participants who have been contacted by unauthorized third-party housing agencies which are not affiliated with AOPO, offering to assist them in making hotel reservations. Unfortunately, there have been instances when these unauthorized companies provide false hotel confirmation numbers to unsuspecting guests who are later turned away from the hotel because they do not have legitimate reservations. AOPO strongly recommends that participants only reserve housing through JW Marriot Grande Lakes directly. Please contact meetings@aopo.org  if you receive a solicitation from unaffiliated third party or have any questions about housing procedures. JW Marriot Grande Lakes will not contact you by phone to market the room block.
