Booth Rates
*Each 10’ x 10’ booth includes 1 complimentary meeting registration, 1 table, 2 chairs, a wastebasket, and carpet. The 2026 Annual Meeting is a carpet mandatory exhibit hall, and AOPO has bundled this into the booth package price.
Payments
Effective immediately, AOPO will no longer accept checks as a valid form of payment. To ensure more secure and efficient processing, all future payments must be made using one of the following methods:

Booth Selection Schedule
*AOPO will make every effort to assign one of the booth spaces requested; however, specific booth assignments are not guaranteed. Industry Partners will be assigned on November 21 based on date the exhibitor application is submitted and level of partnership.
