Registration Details and Rates

*Guests are able to be added onto a valid meeting registration.  Includes entrance to the Sunday Grand Opening Reception in the Exhibit Hall and the Tuesday evening Closing Event.
A guest is defined as someone 18 years of age or older who is not involved in any aspect of the OPO, donation, or transplant industry.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a refund, email a cancellation request to: meetings@aopo.org. Cancellation email must be received on or before Friday, May 29, 2026. Any cancellations on or before that date will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after May 29, 2026. Telephone requests will not be honored, and registration fees will not be issued for no-shows.
