Booth Selection Schedule
*AOPO will make every effort to assign one of the booth spaces requested; however, specific booth assignments are not guaranteed. Industry Partners will be assigned based on date the exhibitor application is submitted and level of partnership.
Tentative Exhibit Hall Hours
New for 2025! The exhibit hall space will be open for the duration of the day and will have a more relaxed structure. Instead of having a formal designated entrance to the hall, all of the doors will be open to allow for more fluid foot traffic throughout the hall. We will also take advantage of the beautiful pre-function foyer space outside the exhibit hall. The foyer space has floor to ceiling windows with lots of natural light. It will also be a highly trafficked area as it is adjacent to the plenary session room! Food and beverage stations for meals and breaks will be placed throughout the exhibit space, including in the foyer area.
