Best Practices and Benchmarks for Inclusive Hiring, Retention and Advancement

This session will involve researching best practices and effective ways to network and connect with qualified, diverse talent. We will highlight OPOs who have been successful at establishing external networks to connect with diverse talent and incorporate best practice such as developing benchmarks for tracking recruitment, retention, and advancement of talent. We’ll discuss how employee resource groups can be utilized to help with recruitment and retention. We’ll give examples of how to use recruitment fairs and partner events to establish a talent pipeline.
