The implementation phase for this project will encompass the measure rollout and the activities needed to move measures from development into use. Feedback from testing will be applied to evaluate feasibility, usability, and risk adjustment, and a dashboard will be developed for collecting data from OPOs. The new measures will be communicated and distributed to OPOs, a quality improvement plan will be developed with dry-runs performed as needed, and measures will be submitted for endorsement in two rounds—Spring 2026 and Fall 2026.
