Participants are responsible for reserving their own hotel accommodations; the online reservations link and room rate information will be provided in your registration confirmation email. The hotel is offering a group room rate of $309, plus tax (currently 13%) for single/double occupancy.

There is a mandatory resort fee in place for all guests.
AOPO discounted rate: $10.00+tax per room per night

This fee will cover several amenities, which include:

      • Unlimited Internet access (wired and wireless) in guest room and lobby areas.
      • Access to Aji Spa Fitness – Work Out Room.
      • Two (2) complimentary bottled waters in-room, replenished daily
      • Any Local, Long distance (domestic) and 1-800 guest room calls.
      • Shuttle service to the Phoenix Premium Outlets, Whirlwind Golf Club & Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino
      • Tennis court and full tennis equipment rental (subject to availability)
      • All scheduled cultural activities (seasonal)

In addition to the resort fee, there is a one-time charge per room $5.00 this covers and bellman assistance. There is also a $10.00 one-time charge per room for Housekeeping. This is paid in its entirety to the employees.

The group rate will be available until December 13, 2024, or until the block is sold out.

In years past, AOPO has received reports from participants who have been contacted by unauthorized third-party housing agencies which are not affiliated with AOPO, offering to assist them in making hotel reservations. Unfortunately, there have been instances when these unauthorized companies provide false hotel confirmation numbers to unsuspecting guests who are later turned away from the hotel because they do not have legitimate reservations. AOPO strongly recommends that participants only reserve housing through Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass directly. Please contact meetings@aopo.org  if you receive a solicitation from an unaffiliated third party or have any questions about housing procedures. Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass will not contact you by phone to market the room block.
