AOPO Leadership Development Summit is an educational program to develop future leaders by teaching them the skills needed to take on senior leadership roles in OPOs. The curriculum is taught by current senior leaders and outside consultants and covers the five core competencies of operations, clinical, stakeholders, board governance, and finance. The Summit includes networking opportunities to allow up-and-coming leaders to informally connect with peers. The AOPO Leadership Development Summit will be November 13-14 at the InterContinental Buckhead-Atlanta in Atlanta, GA.
