AOPO Leadership Development Summit

AOPO Leadership Development Summit is an educational program to develop future leaders by teaching them the skills needed to take on senior leadership roles in OPOs. The curriculum is taught by current senior leaders and outside consultants and covers the five core competencies of Administration, Clinical Operations, Stakeholders, Governance, and Finance/HR. The Summit includes networking opportunities to allow up-and-coming leaders to informally connect with peers.

The AOPO Leadership Development Summit will be January 13-14 at the Sheraton Grand Hotel at Wild Horse Pass in Phoenix, AZ.

In addition to the Leadership Development Summit, AOPO will also be hosting two members-only meetings: the Financial Management Meeting and the Directors Workshop at the same location. The Financial Management Meeting will take place January 13-14, 2025, and the Directors Workshop will take place January 15-16, 2025.
