Measure Use, Continuing Evaluation & Maintenance

In the final phase, measure use, continuing evaluation, and maintenance ensure that each measure remains accurate, relevant, and valuable over time. Ongoing surveillance is conducted for every measure, including regular reviews of the literature to identify any updates needed on an annual basis—keeping the measures current with evolving evidence, practice, and the needs of the field.
