Weston Irwin was 13 years old when he passed away suddenly from an AVM. He was full of life. He loved being outside fishing and hunting! He had a great passion for football and also wrestled for many years.
Due to the severity of his AVM we were unable to donate his major organs but were able to give two women the gift of sight back and another man a new heart valve. I hope that more get his special gifts. He would be honored to have helped so many people! ❤️
