Dedicating this to my mom’s organ donor. My mom received a kidney from a “man in the Midwest” who gave the ultimate sacrifice. His gift allowed my mom to live for 8 more years, to witness a new grandchild and to be the best mom and grandmother ever. She died on September 3, 2023. Despite her death, our family will continue to be thankful for the donors who give the gift to others. In loving memory of Deborah R. Strong.
