My dad had his kidney transplant in November 2022. In January I sent out a letter in hopes it would make it to his donor family. No reply yet. But I’m hopeful someday, we will know more about him and his family. He done such a brave and courageous thing. He made a decision that changed not only my dads life, but many others, by donating his organs. I think about him every single day. Not one day passes by, that I don’t remember him. Even though I don’t know his name or anything about him, I could never repay his family for the gift of life.
