Tyler was 19 when he had a tragic accident in his truck. He fought for his life for 3 weeks but unfortunately was unable to recover. He was able to save 4 people with his organ donations, one of them being my son, who received Tyler’s heart. Brandon was 16 at the time and had been living with an LVAD implanted in his heart for 9 months at that point. We are forever grateful for Tyler and his family. We were able to meet Tyler’s mother over Thanksgiving weekend 2 years later.
