Thomas life was cut short at the age of 16 from a HS football game. Being the amazing person he was and the giver before his passing, Tom voiced his want to register to be an organ donor. Less than 3 months later, his family fulfilled his wishes and in 2014, Thomas became a hero and gave the gift of life. His legacy lives on with his recipients and in all our hearts and lives ❤️ TC54 ❤️
