My son Morgan was deeply dedicated to the United States Marine Corps. During and after his service, he faced challenges that he fought with strength and determination. When that chapter of his life took a different path, he continued his commitment to others in new and meaningful ways.
Morgan devoted himself to helping people become stronger—both physically and mentally. He worked in personal fitness, coached his high school football team in strength and conditioning, and began pursuing a college degree to become a personal trainer. He lived a life of service, always putting others before himself. Whatever he set out to do, he gave his all and pushed beyond limits.
Morgan was polite, outgoing, strong, generous, and kind-hearted—someone who left a lasting impression on everyone he met.
Ten years ago, his struggles became too much, and he passed peacefully.
Even in his passing, Morgan continued to give. Through the gift of tissue donation, his strength lives on—helping others heal and carrying forward the same spirit of generosity that defined his life. Though he is no longer with us, his legacy continues to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing him.
I miss him tremendously.
