My 13 year old son, Peyton James, became a donor in 2014. He saved 6 lives through organ donation and enhanced the lives of many others through cornea and skin donations. Just months before his passing, we’d talked about what it meant to be a donor and he thought it was “cool.” I miss him every minute of every day, but knowing that he lives on in others makes it a little more bearable.
Kindness Matters, Inc. was started to honor him and all other bullied children and to show people the power of kindness.
