Hello, on April 23, 2014, My Donor Family decided to make the hardest decision, becoming a organ donor. Since, I lived in Cape Coral, Florida (now-North Fort Myers, FL), MY KIdney was frozen, and sent overnight to Tampa, FL, to be checked at Life Link of Florida. A PERFECT "MATCH"!!!! Nevertheless, I was awaiting for my 3rd. Kidney Transplant, and getting ready to do Kidney dialysis…then came the call!! *Only on the UNOS list for about three months!! (Jan. 31) Wait WHAT SHOCK!!!! After several delays, like transportation for kidney from Tampa to Cape Coral, and contacting MY Surgeon…THE "MAGIC" HAPPENED!! >>ON APRIL 24, 2014 – I received my 3rd Kidney Transplant!!
