Mike could fix anything! He began taking things apart and putting them back together at a very young age. He began a lawn mower repair business as a teenager and came back to that first love (small engine repair) in the last few years of his life, after many years of painting houses and hanging wallpaper. He played guitar in a local band, whose members continue to remain in contact with each other, from the 1970s into the 1990s. Mike was truly a kind and generous person, and it comforts me to know that someone is able to see the world through a part of his bright, beautiful eyes. My brother was kind to animals and was loved and admired by his friends and family, including his two daughters, his brother, and also this lil sister who misses him very much.
