Michael was smart, funny, handsome, sarcastic, caring, and loving. He was 'the guy' everyone went to when they needed something, help, advice, whatever, he would always say things like, "…what am I not going to help them?"
He left us so suddenly and unexpectedly and in the blur of that event there was never a question about donating his tissues and organs, whatever could be used, because we had talked about this for many years. Our lives are forever altered because of his death but our hope is that he lives on in our hearts and minds but also in his legacy of helping whoever needed it.
