Michael lost everything after 9/11. His job, his apartment, our parents. This hit him very hard. He went into a deep depression, and although he said he was fine, he was not fine. He had a breakdown, attempted suicide, and smoked three packs of cigarettes a day. In 2016, while in the hospital recuperating from a mild stroke, he collapsed in my arms and passed away due to an aortic aneurysm. He was loved dearly by many people. To this day, family and friends remember him as a happy, kind, and fun-loving person. I love you Michael
