Mike died suddenly at home of a heart attack from a left coronary artery occlusion ( family history of this but always older) at age 34. Mike was well loved by family and friends and the many students he tutored in the Math Lab at Delaware Technical and Community College. He loved fishing on the Delaware seashore particularly at Indian River Inlet. Mike was a true animal lover and felt animals deserved rights and respect, especially his cat! He enjoyed and made music on his computer and even had a live DJ show in his early teens. He played video games with people from various places in the world and had a group of local friends with whom he played with regularly. He was spiritual by nature and the kind of person that anyone who met him enjoyed his company, he never refused a request to help someone. In his high school years he liked donating to Locks of Love, and always felt a need to give what he could to strangers panhandling. In short he was the kind of person we all want to be
