Matthew was thirty one years old when he became a HERO. Matthew was a very loving and giving person who dropped everything to help others. He was a carpenter by trade and loved to build and make things. There wasn’t anything he couldn’t make with his hands. It didn’t come as a surprise that Matthew was a registered organ donor. Matthew was involved in an auto accident a few miles from home. He went to heaven in 2020. Three people were the recipients of Matthew’s organs. One received his liver, and two others each received a kidney. Matthew is missed by so many including his sister Leah, his son, Aiden, and his dog, Cooper.
