She was born September 1, 1989 in Charleston, WV the daughter of Helen White, Jeff Stevens and Steve White. Kori graduated from Logan High School in 2007 where she played basketball for the Wildcats. Kori dedicated 15 years to the communities of Logan Co, Boone Co, Lincoln Co, Horry Co, SC and Kanawha Co. She began as a 911 Dispatcher then went on to become an EMT. She then graduated from Southern with her Associates Degree in Paramedicine. Kori was brilliant and loved to constantly better herself, in 2015 after obtaining her MCCP she achieved her ultimate goal and became a CCT Paramedic and was employed by KCEAA, where she worked on the Beast of the East with her partner that became the closest thing to her in the last two years of service and cared for those in Belle, WV. She loved her job and helping people. To know Kori was to love her, she was the most loving, caring and humble person ever. She made sure to go out of her way every call, every day to make sure her patients were taken care of.  She had a love for dogs unlike anyone else and loved WV Football and the Steelers.
