Jeffrey suffered a traumatic brain injury from a fall in July 2008. After 9 days he succumbed to his injuries and passed away. His organs were gathered and given to multiple recipients. Jeff was only 18 and in excellent physical condition. He was an organ donor on his license and had expressed to me several times that if anything ever happened to him, he wanted his organs donated. It was a comfort to know that some good was able to come from his death.
