Blake is the hero who saved my life. Through him I now have a strong heart and breathable lungs. I live everyday grateful to my hero as we continue on our journey together. I will always love him as now he is a part of me. I received my gift of life Sept 16th 2023 at UAB. I am a Bilateral Lungs and Heart Transplant Recipient.
