In 2019, just three weeks shy of his 21st birthday, Jarod was killed in a tragic motorcycle accident. He had been a registered organ donor since his 16th birthday. The decision was an easy one, as we wanted to honor his wishes. His outgoing personality is great missed by his family, his twin brother, his fiance, and countless number of friends. He was able to donate his heart, both kidneys, his pancreas, and his liver. His liver went to an 11 year old young lady, who oddly enough, attended the same grade school that Jarod had attended 12 years prior.
