My dad passed away from a massive heart attack while driving the morning of February 26, 2021. He was a man who never wanted his girls to worry about him. He loved his family so much that he would do anything to make sure they were taken care of and happy. When he passed and I was notified about the gift of life we could not say no. I know that my dad would want to help others even when he left the earth. I know he is happy just knowing that he was able to give what he could to save or help someone elses life. Knowing that after he passed he could help others helped me and my sisters with his loss. Losing our dad was one of the hardest days of our lives, but knowing that there is a whole community with the gift of life helps us cope with it. Just knowing he was able to save someone’s eyes so they can see or just help someone when they needed it helps us.
