Jimmy was the smartest, funniest guy. He was brilliant, holding a Master’s degree in soil science. He was working on his PhD at the time of his death. He co-wrote the book “Design and Construction of Phosphorous Removal Structures for Improving Water Quality” and attended conferences in the United States and abroad.
He would “hold court” with his funny tales and observations. He was a gentle giant of a man, always quick to help those he loved. He is greatly missed and loved so much. His memory is a blessing to all who knew him.
