Jacob Richard Smoot was born December 27th, 1996 in Ft Lewis, Washington.
He will always be remembered for his kindness, and smile and sense of humor. He would help anyone who needed it.
Jacob loved being outside riding horses or hanging out with friends.
As a child he had a few roles in various musical theater productions. Children's Ensemble – Cinderella, Workhouse Orphan in Oliver and A Greaser in Grease a School Version. He was a Movie Extra in Fred Clause, Public Enemies and Alienate.
He had many family members and extended family members who loved him
