We lost Jake unexpectedly last July from a rare genetic condition. Jake had the most contagious smile and was always willing to have a great time. He was the best husband but most importantly the greatest father. He gave me the greatest gift of all, our daughters, Bristol Genevieve and Myla Jacob. Our sweet Myla was never able to meet her father earth side. She holds the same Beautiful deep blue eyes as her father. Jake was always so generous to his family and friends so it was no surprise that he was an organ donor. We hope his memory continues with his gift. We will forever love our dear Jake.
