We are here today to Honor the legacy of a young selfless man, our oldest son Jacob. Jacob became a Hero at the age of 21 on New Year’s Eve 2020 after a tragic snowmobile accident took his life. To date, Jacob has touched 51 lives through his donation of 5 organs; his heart, liver, both kidneys, pancreas, both corneas, a knuckle, his femur, two (2) veins, skin and tissue grafts. All of this was made possible by Jacob’s decision to “check the box” at our local DMV when he got his driver’s license.
