My father Gary was always so full of life and love, an avid Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys fan and the biggest supporter of his four children. He used his skills as a reporter to get to know all those around him, creating conversations with both long time friends and strangers-a trait I have gained from him. His heart was so big, but gave way unexpectedly and left us all with an empty hole in each of our own. He was able to donate after death, a gift I will always love to share.
