Gabriel was special to everyone he met, and even those who never got the chance to meet him. His teachers knew he was going to do something great with his life, and he did.
Gabriel was only here for 10 short years, but in that short time, he caused people to see things from a different perspective. He was onery. He said funny things without trying to be funny, and with a straight face that made you wonder if he was trying to be funny or serious.
Gabriel had watched honor walk videos and wanted his own. He was unhappy when we told him that not many people get the opportunity to have one. We knew we had to honor his wish. Gabriel lives on in three people. We will never stop loving and missing our son, but it comforts us knowing that he continues to live and that his story is impacting millions.
