Finn left us at age 12 but in turn left a lasting legacy through the gift of Organ Donation. In her short life, Finn taught us valuable lessons on the importance of resiliency, inclusion and kindness. She positively impacted everyone she met and made us a better family. Her beautiful smile and never ending joy is in our hearts forever.
