I donated a kidney to Efrain back in 2006. Unfortunately his new kidney only lasted 2 years before going back on dialysis I feel it did make him stronger even though he had to go back on dialysis, he had 15 more years with us. Efrain will always be my hero because he wanted to live and he did. My husband had said that he wanted to be able to help someone like I helped him because Efrain felt what a better gift than to help improve someone's quality of life. Efrain my love passed away June 16th 2021 and his wish came true. He was able to donate. I dedicate all my love to my husband and I miss you dearly 💔. With all my love Darlin.
