My father Don was a master of many trades, loved nature, his family, (especially his 3 grandchildren) and had many other qualities that made him memorable and unique. Even when struggling with Huntington's Disease, he liked to help other people. Volunteering with Trout Unlimited, St. Joseph's Hospital and Habitat for Humanity/ReStore allowed him to use his talents until he couldn't do it anymore due to his physical limitations. Upon his unexpected passing, our family was notified by the NJ Sharing Network that my father was an organ donor. None of us was surprised, and he was able to help others as his final gift.
