Damien was 9 months old when he passed away. He was a happy giggling beautiful boy. Big brown eyes with a smile that could light up everyone’s day. Damien went to heaven on April 18th 2023. He donated his kidneys, lungs and liver and saved 2 children that night. His momma honors him by donating specialized items for families and children that enter the PNICU at Children’s Hospital.
He is missed and deeply love by the Valenzuela family. I love you my chicken nugget.
