Chelsie was born on November 8, 1993, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Chelsie participated in basketball, cooking, arrowhead hunting, and fishing, and she cared deeply for her daughters.
She is survived by her three daughters Serenity Faith, Ryleigh Diane, Kali Denae, three step daughters Alexia, Gracie, Sierra; father Lance Goddard; mother Stephanie Buchanan and stepfather Deuce Winchester; siblings Natasha Nickel, Nicole Appel, Triston Buchanan; grandma Debora Freeman; great-grandma Charlette Holiday; nieces and nephews Casi Noreuil, Charity Albert, Carley Nickel, Ryker Appel, Bryson Nickel, Olivia Buchanan, Kasen Appel, Tatum Buchanan; and numerous other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents Jane and Jerry Cowan, and a brother Tyler Buchanan.
