My daddy Charles loved everyone, especially his kids and eleven grand-kids. He has a great-granddaughter who is supposed to be born at the end of July or beginning of August; we’re hoping she arrives by July 26th, as that was dad’s birthday. His grandchildren did everything with him, and they still keep a part of him with them by wearing his ashes around their necks.
My dad loved the derby, fishing, and hunting with his family. He loved his fur babies so much that he always said they were my “sisters.” Our family always called me “Little Charlie” because I act so much like him.
He would not want us to keep shedding tears for him, but would want us to sing and dance in his honor. We are so glad that he lives on in others. And we hope that he spends forever in the arms of his late wife Brenda, the love of his life.
