Cesar was a larger than life character. He was fun, he was loud, he was feisty, he was hilarious, and he was generous. He made friends everywhere he went. He embarrassed you in public in the funniest ways. He still called people on the phone. He always had a plan or an idea and made sure we were never bored. He waited to receive his gift of life but sadly it didn’t come in time to save him, but now, he lives on in others. I was lucky to be his friend for over 20 years and miss him every single day. I am so thankful for all of our memories and I know he’s watching over us, his friends and family, always talking about him and keeping his spirit alive.
