It was just a normal day as usual. Ashly and my dad spent their morning shopping for Easter gifts (early) for their grand babies. They planned to have dinner and go bowling later that evening. Unfortunately that afternoon the unexpected happened and our worlds flipped upside down. I didn’t get to know Ashly my whole life but when she came into my dad’s life she quickly became a huge part of mine and my fiancés life. Further down the road when we welcomed our first baby and then our second baby she stepped right into the role of being the best nana to our girls and my best friend. She loved the holiday’s and always made sure to make them extra special for her grandkids. Ashly’s favorite things in life consisted of being a mom, and a proud nana. Ashly is the type of mom everyone deserves, the nana who spoils the grand babies, the animal lover who never missed a chance to stop and pet a new fur friend, or stop and sniff the flowers. Tulips were her favorite. Ashly loved the beauty of life. In her free time Ashly enjoyed taking her Cat Marsha on walks in his Cat stroller. She also enjoyed traveling the world and spontaneous weekend trips. As much as we miss her, we know she’d be so happy to know she was able to help other families in need.
