My brother, Matthew, became an organ donor in 2003 at the tender age of 17. Just this month, April 2026, we had the opportunity to meet his liver recipient, Nancy, after 22+ years! She has a beautiful soul and we are so blessed to have been able to connect with her. Matthew also donated his two kidneys, and his heart. We miss him dearly. He will never be forgotten. His legacy lives on, and we are thankful he was able to help others gain a new lease on life through organ donation.
