Kathryn Rose was the baby of 7 children. She was only with us for 12 short days and she spent them all at home loved so deeply by all her family. She had the most beautiful smile, she was also very affectionate. She loved being in mommies arms at all times. When she passed and I was asked if we wanted to donate her heart valves I did not hesitate. It was the one thing in all the darkness that gave us light, To know that our baby would get to save a life, that a part of her precious heart would live on. She will forever be our hero. Shes so greatly loved and missed.
