Logan was 17 when he passed away from his injuries related to a car crash he was in on his way to swim practice. Logan had chosen to be a donor when he got his driver’s license, as a result he was able to donate his organs to four individuals waiting for a transplant. He was also able to donate his corneas. His choice to be a donor was one of the greatest gifts he ever gave me. At a time when we, as a family, had many hard decisions to make, this was one that Logan made for us. He is my forever 17 year old hero!
