My beautiful, generous step-daughter stepped right up and was tested. She was in NY and I was in Washington and we made it work. No DIALYSIS! I felt wonderful, went back to work and on vacations! My husband and I were so thankful and loved her even more! She recouped quickly, returned to NY, work and school.
The enormity of her selfless gift gave me a “real” life back. Forever grateful for this precious gift!
