We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Senior Donation and Family Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside both the Family Services Manager and Donation and Family Advocates to ensure that donation-related goals and initiatives are met. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing DFA training and holding skill development group and individual training sessions and check-ins. You will also provide guidance and feedback to the Donation and Family Advocates surrounding donation conversations.
This position is based in our Omaha, NE office, with a remote option available for qualified candidates residing in Florida, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
In this role, you will be dedicated to program development, process enhancement, and mentorship.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver regular training for the Donation and Family Advocates
- Complete huddles with the Donation and Family Advocates
- Complete skill-focused check-ins with the Donation and Family Advocates
- Mentor Donation and Family Advocates
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Donation and Family Advocate
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience developing and providing training
- Knowledge of organ donation laws and regulations
The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate is not applicable for geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Live On Nebraska, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $81,000 – $101,00 annually.
