Sweet Cassidy tragically passed away soon after her birth, and was deeply loved by her family. They believed she had a greater purpose on earth, and insisted that she be an organ donor. Her heart saved the life of a 34 day old infant who had spent his whole life in the hospital, and was close to death. Her family calls him their rainbow after the storm, and maintains a close relationship with him. He is 25 years old now, has a great job, and is very close to buying his first house, all because this family chose to donate life. Cassidy’s legacy will live forever through her recipient. Hopefully another 25 years or more!
