BUD stands for Bruce’s Unknown Donor. His family made the decision on Mother’s Day to donate BUD’s heart to me and give me a second chance at life. Now 14 years later I’m a healthy 70 year old with four Granddaughters that I am watching grow up into amazing young ladies. Without BUD’s donation this would have been impossible so I will never forget this awesome man.
